Applications:
Hi-Tech Coatings spray facilities are capable of handling small and large parts in a variety of applications and coatings. Hi-Tech plants uses conventional air-sprays as well as electrostatic spray techniques. The same coatings are applied as the coatings used in our other processes such as dip/spin, dip/drain, and chain on edge. Most of the parts are racked on hooks or laid out on trays instead of being bulk coated. Many of the parts are masked and either spray painted or hand painted.
