Our Automated Deburring plant has a number of parts tumblers. These machines range in various sizes. Parts are placed in the tumbler along with water, media, cleaning compounds and rust inhibitors.
Tumblers are generally used for medium to large stampings as a pre-treatment for the next operation. This method of deburring and cleaning really compliments our vibratory finishing and blasting operation.
