We are able to remove rust, mill oils, and lubricating oils. Normally parts which will end up being shot blasted will need to be washed to prevent contamination of the blast media. Automated Deburring uses excellent chemicals and rust inhibitors to provide the desired shelf life.

Our seven tunnel washers have mesh belts that range from 24” to 36” wide. The auger style washers are generally used for small parts. The conveyorized washer is used for fragile parts that can be hung on racks to prevent bending or other damage.
